HR policy

As an initiative to always move forward, Infinity wanted to kickstart the year with a new system regarding its internal affairs. To act as a motivator for our members to always work harder and aim higher, this year is going to be all about points! Each member will have their activity, participation and work in the club evaluated and identified with points, using these points our HR committee will reward the club’s highest achievers for every event and help keep the club an inspiring environment for both fun and work.

For members only further details:

 Attendance: You gain the full number of points for early attendance and the minimum number of points for late attendance. Example: from 10 am 5 points, from 12 pm 2 points and from 2 pm 1 point (exact value announced before each event)

 Attire: There are points for the t-shirt and the jacket and points for the name-tag (exact value. announced before each event)

Event participation: Participation with the event in any shape or form earns you points depending on how well you participate

Social media presence: sharing on your Instagram stories and mentioning Infinity earns you bonus points of 5

Bonus for committees (specific):

Each committee earns points depending on the work of said committee example:

Activities: Points for coming up with idea 10 points

PR: Bringing a sponsor 10 points

HR: Creation of report 10 points

Marketing: Tiktok video 10 points

Media: Creation of video 10 points

Bonus: 10 extra points determined by HR at the end of event and rewarded to deserving members

What happens with the score of each member? (For members only)

Based on the scores of each member the HR committee gets to decide several things:

  • Whether a member should be sent a warning or a dismissal email (if total points are below required minimum) (minimum to be announced before every event)
  • Picking out the stars of every event from each committee to be announced on our socials and our website
